Returns
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving the goods, at your own expense, choosing your preferred shipping method.
Please keep proof of shipment and notify us of your return request, indicating the reason for the return, by writing to: customerservice@iconicartsystem.com.
Prepare the package by placing the item in its original packaging, including all tags, bags, certificates, and packaging received at the time of delivery. The item must be intact, unused, and free of signs of wear.
Once we have received the return at our warehouse, we will carry out a thorough quality check to verify the integrity of the item and the presence of all original elements. In the event of unreported damage or missing original components, we may be forced to refuse your return. If the check is successful, the refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
