Returns
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving the goods, at your own expense, choosing your preferred shipping method.
Please keep proof of shipment and notify us of your return request, indicating the reason for the return, by writing to: customerservice@iconicartsystem.com.
Prepare the package by placing the item in its original packaging, including all tags, bags, certificates, and packaging received at the time of delivery. The item must be intact, unused, and free of signs of wear.
Once we have received the return at our warehouse, we will carry out a thorough quality check to verify the integrity of the item and the presence of all original elements. In the event of unreported damage or missing original components, we may be forced to refuse your return. If the check is successful, the refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or clearance fees. For orders shipped outside the EU (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States), any customs duties, import taxes (such as local VAT or sales tax) and clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. If I return my order, will you refund the customs duties?
No. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid to the customs authorities or the courier, not to us, so we cannot refund them if you return your order. Some countries let you reclaim these charges directly from the customs authority when goods are re-exported. Please check with your local customs office.
What happens if I refuse the parcel to avoid paying duties?
The parcel will be returned to us. In that case, your refund will not include outbound or return shipping costs, or any storage or return fees charged by the courier.
